Other Medical Exams

Immigration Exam $250-850
Includes in-clinic provider exam, Vaccination history review, Screening for tuberculosis, syphilis*, and gonorrhea*, Completion of all exam results reporting, including the I-693 form. Should additional testing or vaccinations be necessary to treat any health issues identified during the exam, Airport Urgent Care can provide blood work, x-rays, and vaccinations during the same visit for the convenience of the applicant. (Additional fees will apply)

General Wellness Exam $150
Includes in-clinic provider exam, EKG, and in-clinic labs ordered. Sent-out labs are billed directly to patient who is responsible for payment.

Pre-employment Physical Exam $150
Patient is responsible for send-out lab cost (if needed)

Pre-operative Clearance $395
Includes in-clinic provider exam, pre-operative evaluation report, and any in-clinic EKG, and in-clinic labs ordered. Send-out labs are billed directly to patient who is responsible for payment
